Please note occasionally we may contact you directly by email to collect shipping surcharges in relation to your online order and the shipping destination.

Your order will be shipped upon the payment of additional surcharge. Please note that we reserve the rights to cancel your order in case of failure to pay for the surcharges.



Dispatch Time
It may take 48 hours for us to prepare your order for shipping. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please track and monitor your delivery closely via the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. In case of failure of delivery, please contact the courier service directly to resolve any delivery issues using the tracking number listed in your email. We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts by the courier service.

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.

Orders outside The Netherlands require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by LON. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hours. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, faulty delivery information or any other unforeseen activities. Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs (such as taxes or import duties) that may be due when packages reach the country of destination.

‘Pre-Order’ Items
All ‘Pre-Order’ items have an estimated delivery schedule listed in the product description. We aim to dispatch your order with the ‘Pre-Order’ items altogether as soon as they become available. If you wish to receive the available items first, please kindly email us quoting your order reference number. Please note that the ‘Pre-Order’ delivery schedule is only an estimate and the actual delivery time may vary or sometimes be delayed due to customs duty.



In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal (as outlined below for EU countries), LON has a 14 days return period. Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of reception. The customer is obliged to pay for and arrange the return shipping of the item(s). Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through LON.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please attach either an invoice or a copy of your purchase order email confirmation with your returned goods.

When returning a product you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in,when delivered. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated, the product does not qualify for the return policy.

When returning an object, please retain any proof of postage from your shipper. LON will not be responsible for any object that is lost or damaged in transit. If you are returning any fragile objects, please ensure that it is well packaged using sufficient materials to prevent any damages during transit and ensure its safe journey.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance. LON does not guarantee that we will receive your returned object and we cannot accepts returned objects with any damages incurred in transit. Please claim this directly with your return shipping courier. Please also note that all shipping and handling fees cannot be returned.

LON shall as soon as possible, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the returned item, or exchange the item. Upon reception of the returned item, we control the goods prior to processing the refund or exchange. Refunds are authorized by LON. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account or original method of payment within 5-10 working days.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior email notification. You should send an email regarding your return to, quoting your name and order number. We will assist you with any returns information.

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color only. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you according the shipping terms agreed before. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a refund. For countries outside of EU, taxes and duties may apply which will not be covered by LON. Since tax and import duties vary from country to country, we cannot provide an exhaustive list of applicable rules. Instead, we ask you to turn to your local customs authorities for more information



If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site you have the right to enter a claim. Please contact within 7 working days after delivery. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible then we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.

If your order is damaged during delivery, please keep all boxes and packing materials as evidence for shipping damage claim. Please kindly email us with photos of the damaged object and the shipping packaging & wrapping inside the carton and we will get in touch with you.

We kindly ask you to hold on your object until you have received instructions from us with regards to your defective claim. Please note that we will not cover any postage charge if the damaged or defective object(s) is sent back to us before you submit a claim via email to
